The Inaugural PAFMA Conference

The Inaugural PAFMA Conference marked a significant milestone for our client PAFMA, and we were engaged to lead the brand ideation and visual translation for this first edition event.

Working closely with the client’s team, our designer collaborated with their in house stakeholders to develop a cohesive event brand that could be seamlessly applied across physical spaces.

The approved brand assets were translated into key event touch points, including the stage design, registration desk, directional signage, photo booth, and a statement entrance arch. Each element was designed to reinforce the conference identity while supporting clarity, flow, and a strong sense of arrival.

Sustainability was a core consideration throughout the project, with the client intentionally aligning the event with their sustainability policy. To meet these requirements, we prioritised fabric backdrops over rigid substrates, implemented recyclable directional signage, and ensured that all PVC materials used during the event would be repurposed into recyclable bags, extending their lifecycle beyond the conference.

From initial renders through to on site creation, the design journey was carefully managed to bring the client’s vision to life. The result was a cohesive and thoughtfully executed branding experience that set a strong foundation for future editions of the PAFMA Conference.
